Dried Avena (Oats)

Avena is the Spanish conversion of the word "Oats" and often the preferred term of reference in the Dried Floral Industry.These Avena Oats are a subtle light green color leaning toward a white green. The stems are hardy and a medium strength. The seed head does not drape but the seed pods do drape.They are dried using ambient air with no added preservatives or coloring.The stalk will retain the same color, appearance, and integrity dried as when fresh for several years.The Avena Oats should be displayed out of direct sunlight to retain appearance.
